Running used to be a big part of my life. I loved waking up early, throwing on my running stuff, and getting my run in even if it was 6 degrees or 90 degrees out. There’s something really awesome about running while the sun comes up all while getting your run in before the day starts. I really liked training for races which means doing a lot of different runs throughout the week. Some runs are harder than others (speed work UGH) so here’s a playlist to lead you through a warm-up, hitting your stride, and a cool down.
